Aluminum Dump Bodies

Different jobs require different equipment. Knowing that, we offer the our aluminum series of Warren dump bodies. For those loads where less density requires extra capacity, Warren aluminum bodies are the premier choice.

Start with heavy-duty longsills of 6" x 4" x 1/4" rectangular tubing. Add 4" I-Beam crossmembers placed on 12" centers. Lay on a 1/4" floor and you have the base for a dump body that will last. Sides of .190 plate with extruded top rails, rub rails, and interior stiffeners add to the strength of the body. 5454-H34 plate and 6061-T6 extrusions combine for the optimal mix of flexibility and stiffness. The body is cleaned with a chemical brightener to enhance appearance.
